ABOUT ME

I am an aspiring scholar, looking forward to working in the customer-centric tech industry. I have always been keen in the commerce industry as fashion is a hobby of mine. My hobby led me to dive deeper into the psychology of the customer and the importance of brand management. Combined with my interest in technology, I believe my abilities will give me an edge in developing the customer experience that is extremely important in today's digitally-connected ecosystem.

I have taken steps to grow my knowledge and business acumen of the digital market and consumers through my projects at an e-commerce shopping platform, Shopee, a digital transformation project at a technology consultancy company Accenture and at developing new customer touchpoints at L'Oreal.

​

Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Business Analytics and Marketing at the National University of Singapore.
